Invite your friends - this yoga class is great. Upbeat - get your body moving music.
Bring your Yoga mat, a block (would be helpful) water bottle, friends and your smile!
New start time is at 11:00am - 12:00pm.Students pay $25 for the class and they also get 1 drink (beer) or Kumbucha (they do offer Non-alcoholic drinks here) after the yoga class - not during. Brewery for others will open at NOON. (non-yogis)
Please park in the back of the building and use the back enterance.
