• PILATES CLASS - EVERY SAT. AT 10:30AM WITH KRISTI 
  • PILATES IS DESIGNED TO HELP STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE AND REALIGN YOUR BODY. CLASS TYPICALLY STARTS STANDING BEFORE MOVING DOWN TO THE FLOOR TO TARGET THE ABS, GLUTES AND UPPER BACK. WE'LL TARGET SPECIFIC MUSCLE GROUPS AND THEN SLOWLY ADD CHALLENGE AND COMPLEXITY TO BRING MORE MUSCLE GROUPS TOGETHER TO WORK IN HARMONY. BY THE END OF CLASS THE WHOLE BODY WILL BE WORKING AS ONE SYSTEM ALLOWING YOU TO LEAVE THE CLASS MOVING MORE EFFICIENTLY AND FEELING MORE BALANCED.
  • THE CLASS IS FOR EVERY LEVEL. THE INSTRUCTOR OFTEN GIVES CORRECTIONS IN CLASS AND WILL BREAK DOWN NEW MOVES TO ENSURE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS AND IS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE EXERCISES SUCCESSFULLY. 
  • WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT GEAR, BRING A YOGA OR PILATES MAT AND SOME WATER. 
  • KRISTI LOVES TEACHING PILATES AS IT PROVIDES A POWERFUL FOUNDATION TO BUILD STRENGTH AND STAMINA TO ALLOW HER STUDENTS TO GET BACK TO THE ACTIVITIES THEY LOVE. 
  • MUSIC IS TYPICALLY A BLEND OF CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY SONGS.
